Kesulitan refund, aplikasi ribet
Pesanan saya di cantel otomatis tanpa kejelasan dari outlet ataupun iziloh. Dan setelah itu, refund nya hanya bisa melalui izicash, jadi saya terpaksa harus bikin akun izicash. Padahal pembayaran awal saya pakai OVO, dimana2 kalau mau ada refund itu dibalikkan ke metode pembayaran awal. Mana ada sih refund yang bukan salah customer, dipaksa untuk buka akun bank/keuangan yang baru. Capek banget sama metode pemaksaan seperti ini.
Di samping itu, aplikasi juga ribet banget, ga ada fitur untuk menyimpan alamat atau nota alamat, jadi dikit2 harus isi ulang alamat lengkap, dll.
