Barang dari tggl 7 sudah di kirim dan sampai hari ni tanggal 11 belum nyampe. Kyknya pelayanan j&t semakin lama semakin buruk deh menurut gw ya. Pengiriman lambat banget pdhl gk jauh" banget ya. Terus status pengiriman jg gk jelas tertera reschedule with recipient tpi gk prnh ada konfirmasi langsung k pihak pengiriman dan penerima. Tolong dong di tingkatkan lagi pelayanan nya. Klo gini mah bukan J&T express namanya
Pelayanan payah
2 kali nerima paket harus ditelpon ke CS nya, yang kedua malah paket belum sampai, 2 kali juga dikasih pesan “Paket gagal dikirim sudah melewati jam operasional” padahal sebelumnya pesannya “paket akan dikirim ke alamat penerima”, 2 hari berturut - turut seperti itu, kalo kerja profesional, banyak orang yang belum dapet pekerjaan lho

Barang saya pesan tanggal 10 maret 2019 sampai sekarang tanggal 15 maret 2019 belum sampai2 juga, saya cek resi paket tertahan di semarang sudah 3 hari :(
