Hi there!
all the pro features are listed on the upgrade screen.
Once you upgrade, all the options in the settings will unlock (like hide ads and change icon) and more.
For example, you will also be able to immediately see the timetable in each station (just tap on a station in the map and then tap timetable on the top).
