Terrible ground staff
Too bad I have to give bad review. My first experience flying with Jetstar is terrible. I was on my flight 3K 284 from KNO to SIN at October 12, I’ve checked in online, I just need to print my boarding pass when the check in counter staff who claimed to be the supervisor denied me. He said that it is Jetstar policy that I have to book a returned flight to Indonesia (at one point he said it has to be Jetstar ticket) while I’m planning and holding a ferry ticket for my return from Singapore to Batam. I asked for the specific written rules that said that I cant have to book flight ticket instead of ferry, but he was giving me a really bad attitude and just said no to the point where I for the first time cause a scene on an airport. It was really embarassing. I desperately asking for 2nd opinion from others staff, but they just shoke their head and said they cant do anything and he is the supervisor. After about half an hour I argued with the staff, another staff aproached me and asked me to fill some sort of agreement form, and then printed my boarding pass.
I enjoyed the flight and the FA was really nice, but I do hope Jetstar took this as a feedback to improve the services of the ground staff especially in Kualanamu intl airport. Thankyou.
