Ampun dah saya mau menyerah nih pake Kopra ..
sudah eksekusi harus satu2.. 14 transaksi saya harus 14x tekan token dan insert pin.
Dah itu mana yg sudah di eksekusi ga langsung hilang dr daftar, mesti balik lagi ke layar awal .. ini udah pusing kerjaan, pusing di kerjain Kopra.
Astagaaaa ampun kemundurannya. Pls lah Mandiri.. masa saya harus pindah Bank.
Sudah complain sebelumnya ga di anggap juga ya. Ga ada perbaikan. Ta turunin rating nya dah, kmaren masih kasih 4 skrg satu aja lah biar team IT nya mikir !!!

Eksekusi tidak bisa sekalian beberapa rekening, tp harus satu2, masuk token satu2… bikin lama. Beda dengan MIB, bisa sekaligus jalan beberapa transaksi dengan sekali token. ( transaksi saya menggunakan Aplikasi di Iphone Menurut staff saya, Pembayaran2 seperti asuransi dll harus tau dulu kode2nya .. dan kalau ga tau kode ga bisa bayar, finally kami kena delay pembayaran dan terpaksa pindahkan eksekusi ke bank lain.
