it’s time to close account.
gada angin gada hujan akun gabisa dibuka, hubungi CS katanya akun disuspend, ditanya alasannya katanya nanti dihubungi tim teknis sekitar 10x24 jam(10 hari).. untung duitnya ud gada didlm. merasa dipermainkan dan menguras waktu langsung ku hapus aplikasinya.. itu namanya tutorial untuk mengurangi jumlah nasabah. dipikirnya krom ini yg kuasai pasar. padahal masih banyak kompetitor yg ga mensuspend akun secara sepihak. gw rekomendasikan kalian nabung di SEABANK atau SUPERBANK. sampai hari ini gada masalah dengan kedua bank ini. krom kayak gada kerjaan aja suspend akun nasabah sepihak ditanyain ke cs bilang nanti dihubungi tim teknis. kita dipermainkan dilempar2 kayak bola. mending hapus aplikasinya aja ga guna nyita waktu aja. TUTOR KEHILANGAN NASABAH NIH WKWKWK
