Crashes often

Gameplay's good, good card graphics too. However, I can't even access My Page. Whenever I tap My Page, the loading icon would spin around long enough till it says internet connection error, which wouldn't be the case because I can access other feature without problems. Battle screen also crash occasionally, please kindly fix the problem. I'm an iPad Mini 4 user.
