Developer Response ,
To correctly set up Phone Link,
1. Ensure your iPhone is running iOS 14 or higher and your PC is on Windows 11.
2. On your PC, launch the Phone Link app.
3. On your iPhone, download and open the Link to Windows app.
4. Start the linking process from your PC on Phone Link and a QR code will be generated in the Phone Link app.
5. Scan this QR code with the Link to Windows app on your iPhone. This will initiate Bluetooth pairing.
6. Complete the pairing process and accept permissions to share and sync content.
7. Once paired, you can start making and taking calls, send and receive messages, and manage notifications right from your PC.

It works
iOS 18.1 and windows 11 pro works good, easy sync through Bluetooth. Notifications arrived fast (Bluetooth fast but not as fast as wifi). Not much settings on this app and even on win 11, so it’s simple and it works as it is. I give 4 because sometime the notifications on iPhone is not all being place in notifications sidebar on win 11 phone link app seems like being limited to only some new notifications or it’s a small notification reading glitch to make it appear on phone link win 11.
