LLB Österreich PhotoTAN – Optimal security for your LLB Portfolio Analysis

LLB Österreich PhotoTAN is an innovative method of protecting your data when you log in to the Portfolio Analysis of Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG (hereinafter "LLB Österreich"). The LLB Österreich PhotoTAN app must be activated before you use it the first time. For this activation you need a personal activation letter, which you receive automatically from LLB Österreich.

Using the PhotoTAN method, the login data for LLB Portfolio Analysis are encrypted in a coloured mosaic. This mosaic must be photographed with your mobile device's camera (smartphone or tablet). The data contained in the mosaic and the corresponding release code will then be decrypted and displayed by the LLB Österreich PhotoTAN app on your mobile device. The activation ensures that the mosaic can be decrypted only by your personal mobile device.

Your mobile device does not need to be connected to the internet to use the PhotoTAN app.
