We’ve improved how teachers plan Units and Lessons by adding a dedicated resource page and allowing a single resource to be linked to multiple lessons. This gives teachers the flexibility to manage their Unit resources, plan Lessons, and set resource permissions, helping them better structure what they are teaching in the Class. The result is simpler planning so that teachers can focus on teaching. The new dedicated resource page shows all resources and the units they’re linked to, letting teachers link resources to new Lessons, manage resource permissions, and quickly search or filter to find what they need. One resource can be linked to many lessons, allowing teachers to reuse existing resources for new or existing units. This saves significant time that would otherwise go into re-uploading the same resources across multiple units. Resource permissions give teachers the flexibility to add resources as drafts, then publish them when they’re actively teaching the related content. Each resource card shows who can see it and which lessons it belongs to, giving clear visibility into what parents and students can and can’t access. This update also includes bug fixes and smaller improvements across the app.

Students can now manage their projects (Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, Personal Project, Community Project, Reflective Project, etc.) in the app, track deadlines, capture evidence as they go, and keep their supervisor in the loop. Students can fill in their project proposal, choose a supervisor, and request approval without leaving the app. Personal to-dos and project deadlines sit together on one worksheet, with drag-and-drop ordering so students can work in the order they plan to. Journal entries capture evidence in the moment with photos, videos, files, and links, and can be tagged to learning outcomes, starred, and filtered. Reflections can be written against the school’s own prompts, with word-count guidance and PDF export for submission. Notes go straight to the supervisor in rich text, keeping the conversation attached to the project it belongs to. Project files can be uploaded from a device, camera, PDF scanner, or Google Drive, then opened, annotated, or downloaded. Presentations can be planned right in the app. This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
