Hello, this is MemoWidget.
It happens due to an error in iOS.
So please proceed in order.
1) Please update to the latest version. (v 5.1.0 )
2) Restart your mobile phone. (Please try again after turning your phone completely off and back on.)
3) Please run the app once.
4) Please note that it may take 2-3 minutes for the widget to appear after rebooting the phone.
If it still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot with a detailed explanation, to help@thedaybefore.me, we will try our best to respond to your inquiry.

IOS 15 issue
It can’t load after the note after open some apps, have to reopen the widget then leave again so it could load properly
