The Merchant BCA app is designed to help business owners manage and monitor their businesses with ease.
With the Merchant BCA app, you can:
1. Apply for QRIS/BCA EDC
2. Receive voice notifications for successful QRIS transactions
3. Monitor transactions across all your outlets in real time
4. Manage your operational needs, including resolving EDC issues, checking settlement discrepancies, and ordering receipt paper
5. Add team members and assign app access based on their roles: Admin, Finance, or Cashier
How to Register as a BCA Merchant Partner
If you don't have QRIS/BCA EDC yet:
1. Download the Merchant BCA app
2. Apply for BCA QRIS/EDC (make sure you already have a BCA account and BCA mobile banking)
3. Enter your personal information, including your bank account number, ID card, and Tax ID (if available)
4. Upload the required supporting documents: Business Identification Number (TDP/NIB), business location photos, and business license
5. Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, valid, and belongs to you
If you already have QRIS/BCA EDC:
1. Download the Merchant BCA app
2. Enter your Merchant ID (MID). You can find your MID on your BCA receipt or above your Static QRIS code
3. Create your user ID by entering your email address and password

Saya punya beberapa MID, kalau mau lihat riwayat transaksi, yang ditampilkan selalu MID yang paling atas, walau sebelumnya sudah pilih MID yang lain. Sudah lapor ke halo bca sejak 2 minggu lalu tapi belum ada update sampai sekarang.

Terlalu cepat logout sendiri

aplikasi sering sekali Logout sendiri padahal baru sebentar. Sangat mengganggu ketika kita bertransaksi karena kalau sudah ter log out kita tidak terima notifikasi ketika ada pembayaran yang masuk. Harusnya seperti aplikasi aplikasi yang lain ketika sudah login akan terus login setidaknya selama seminggu jangan beberapa jam sudah Logout sendiri

Ini gmna sih sistem kerjanya ?? Ada fitur tambahkan anggota tapi malah SUPER ADMIN yg dilogout oleh sistem.. jadinya gabisa login lagi.. nahh anggotanya malah bisa login.. solusinya gmna agar SUPER ADMIN bisa login lagi ??
