Such a bad¿ application

I had renew my orange apl to new version but it’s always loading when i wanna update my line information through the application, so I can’t open even the first page.
There’s always announce that I should renew to the new version but i did it 😩.
Then how can i send email for update my line information? Is it just sending my new visa and Pasport, with my number? Where can I ask??!
