CRASH AFTER BUY THE WEDDING LUCKY BOX

I just buy wedding lucky box and then the game automatically log out, i open the game again and open the inbox and the game log out again, i try again and again but the game always log out after i open inbox, so if this game always like this how i can enjoy the game ??? Please fix it!!!

2 of My account got unlinked from my gmail when i come back to play. I already spend money on those account, developer cant help, and i already send proof of purchase, this is mad. Now i am scared i will lose my other accounts.
