good, with a little note

So far the app performance is good although there are still some little bug/issues. But a bug that quite annoying is whenever a ride has completed, I close and reopen the app, it always asks me to give a rate to the driver while I do not wanna do so at that moment. I cannot book taxi unless I hit the stars for the driver. It’s disturbing especially when I was in hurry and want to directly go to taxi booking.
One more thing, after setting pick up location by setting on a map, it changes to a different location. It happens after I write a pick up instruction. (he/him)

Operasional buruk

Saya buat rencana perjalanan dari jam 11 dari bali denpasar pagi utk penjemputan jam 8 malam di seokarno hatta . Tetapi sampai jam 8 malam saya landing dan ambil bagasi mobil masi belum ready . Saya telp call centre ktny mereka baru carikan 30/60 menit dari jam kedatangan , saya booking dari jam 11 pagi jam 8 malam masi belum dapat driver , untuk ala membuat jam perjalanan jika tidak dapat menjanjikan ketersediaan mobil .
