Jangan pakai asuransi ini

Di indonesia ada banyak pilihan asuransi, tapi percayalah jangan pernah pakai asuransi ini. Ada banyak trik agar anda tidak bisa klaim. Jangan sampai tertipu. Anda mungkin akan tertarik dengan premi yg ditawarkan lebih murah dan dinyatakan benefit sama persis seperti sebelumnya (dari asuransi lain). Ini hanya tipuan untuk mendapatkan nasabah. Ketika sudah pindah anda akan terjebak karena nyatanya benefitnya tidak sama. Pikirkan ribuan kali sebelum kena dikelabuhi

Info benefit kurang jelas & transparan

Di aplikasi jelas tertulis benefit Inpatient, Outpatient, Dental, dll. Tapi kenyataan banyak hidden T&C. Seperti kacamata yg claimnya 3.5jt/tahun, ternyata bukan cashless tapi reimbursement.
Yg paling jelas saya periksa ke dokter umum dan diberi rujukan ke dokter spesialis, ternyata keduanya gak bisa dicover asuransi dengan alasan untuk diagnosa area tertentu tidak dicover oleh asuransi. Padahal tidak ada tindakan, hanya diagnosa saja karena ada keluhan kesehatan.
So far belum mendapatkan benefit dari pacific cross walopun premi sudah dibayarkan lewat perush tempat saya bekerja.
Saran untuk lebih transparan dan memberikan informasi yg jelas & detil, tidak bertele2 dibalik banyaknya hidden T&C yg membuat pemegang polis merasa tidak terbantu dan menyulitkan pada saat berobat.
