Halo, Terima kasih telah menghubungi Passpod. Mohon maaf untuk saat ini kami sedang melakukan perbaikan sistem aplikasi Passpod di IOS. Silahkan melakukan pemesanan melalui Android atau website Passpod di www.passpod.com. Dimohon untuk pengertiannya, terima kasih :) -AY
Harga affordable dgn banyak keterbatasan.
Biaya sewanya emg relatif murah, tp aplikasinya kurg informatif. User ga bisa cek paket apa saja yg dipunya + quota masih sisa brpa.
Info² penting ini hanya bs diperoleh dgn cara menghubungi CS nya secara manual. Tidak praktis.
Belum lagi soal kebijakan refundnya yg ga konsisten ya.
Saat register disebutkan refund bs dilakukan secara REAL TIME sepanjg pelanggan mencantunkan rek BCA. Kenyataannya refund ditahan sampai 7 hari, alasannya karena proses transfer hanya dilakukan di hr Senin saja. Mestinya kalau memang ga bs deliver ya ga perlu janji kosong.
Mantap betul pakai Passpod
Passpod betul betul membuat pengalaman travelling saya jadi sangat smooth dengan modem wifi yang kuat dan koneksi internet yang kenceng banget. Puasss bangett deh pake Passpod! 👍🏻
Tapi mungkin yg perlu di perbaiki dri Passpod, coba aplikasi lebih di improve dari segi smooth UX.
