TELECONSULTATION
With Pawlyclinic, you can consult a vet online anytime, anywhere, and have medication delivered to your doorstep. Delivery is free.
IN-CLINIC CONSULTATION
If an online consultation is unsuitable for your pet’s condition, you will be seamlessly referred into our network of clinics. Your teleconsultation fee (excluding after-hours surcharge, if any) is offset against the in-clinic bill if you come in within 48 hours.
You can also conveniently book a physical appointment with a vet clinic. By guaranteeing an appointment time with the vet, you minimise waiting time at the clinic.
DIGITAL PRESCRIPTIONS
Whether over an online or physical consultation, you can request for a digital prescription from the attending vet for your pet. Simply refill your pet’s long-term prescription and have it delivered to you. No more trips to the clinic just to top up any medication.
ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS
All your pet's medical history and reports are stored in-app for your easy access. Never lose or misplace important information and easily share your pet's medical history with any vet.

Search for the right vet or vet clinic by speciality, availability, and experience.
STEP 3
Select a date and time as per your convenience.
STEP 4
Describe your pet's symptoms. Upload relevant medical reports and images. Pay online to confirm your appointment.
STEP 5
Seek the best advice from our vet team. No pet is too big; no question is too small!
