1. Conventional Time Deposit now have tier-based interest rate depending on the placement amount. Time Deposit in AUD, EUR, GBP, and SGD are now available.
2. Use the Personal Loan Calculator to simulate your loan.
3. You can do your debit card activation before logging in.
4. Pull down on the main screen to refresh and see your updated balance.

Hai Kak, Terkait dgn kendala tsb, mohon untuk login pada web PermataNet di https://new.permatanet.com , setelah itu dapat log out dan mencoba akses kembali aplikasi PermataMobile X untuk menu pembayaran tagihan dan Isi ulang pulsa. Trims Kak :)
sms OTP
saya punya saran yaitu gak perlu semua transaksi harus sms OTP, kalo hanya karena alasan keamanan user, permata bisa contoh aplikasi bank lain. mereka aman2 aja tanpa harus sms OTP setiap transaksi. cukup merepotkan. coba untuk melakukan UX research terhadap aplikasinya.

Susah dibuka
Setelah update aplikasinya malah susah dibuka kadang gak bisa dibuka sama sekali, aplikasi malah makin berat setelah diupdate
