Developed from clinical evidence and research, Vitality Works has developed the SafeSpine™ App to give workers the tools they need to take a proactive approach to guarding their own back health. Allowing round-the-clock access to your organisation’s SafeSpine program, the app will allow your employees:
** Bespoke exercises prescribed to you by your SafeSpine Specialist and helpful in-app reminders.
** Professionally narrated videos showing you how to perform your SafeSpine exercises correctly.
** Once downloaded, access your videos even when you have no internet access.
** SafeSpine App tracks your progress and feedback in real-time, allowing your SafeSpine Specialist to better support you based on clear outcome data.

We are listening to your feedback!
You can now mute exercise videos and the timer independently, allowing you to enjoy the background music you love. Dark mode has also been enabled, making it easier to use the app in the evenings.
