Tidak berfungsi
Semoga pihak astra selalu update aplikasi ini, saat ini sangat tidak berfungsi padahal ini histori pelacakan perawatan mobil
Aplikasi tidak di maintenance dengan baik
Aplikasi ini sebenarnya sempat berfungsi dengan baik saat awal-awal dulu, tetapi semenjak tidak pernah ada update akhirnya semua tidak berfungsi. History pembelian dan database kendaraan juga hilang semua.
Semoga pihak Astra dan developer aplikasi ini segera memperbaikinya karena akan sangat merepotkan jika konsumen ingin info promo , ingin history maintenance lalu ingin servis kendaraan, ganti oli, ganti shockbreaker, ganti aki dll harus WA/telepon ke bengkel.
Harus benar-benar diperhatikan karena bisa ber-resiko pelanggan lari ke bengkel lain dengan segala kemudahan di aplikasinya yg lebih bagus dari aplikasi ini.
