Aplikasi SIAP (Sistem Informasi Aktivitas Presensi) merupakan aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dibangun untuk mempermudah presensi (Apel/Masuk dan Pulang kerja) di Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dengan menggunakan teknologi smartphone, Camera Selfie, GPS dan Google Maps. Aplikasi ini digunakan oleh semua pegawai yang terdiri ASN/CPNS/PTT/THL yang ada di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.
