If you are on Premium you can additionally handle incoming customer questions from a chat widget at your website or from your Facebook page. Customer questions come to a shared team inbox.
Team chat allows one-on-one chat and group chat within your team.
AI tools help you get summaries from recorded meetings and blog articles for your website.

Not 100% perfect but safe option
Would love if the phone app could receive calls while the app isn’t open, but other than that it definitely works. Free plan works perfectly fine too - not a scam. Other options available and customer service is always quick to assist.
