Pengembalian barang/dana
Kak tolong dong untuk respon email agak cepat dan membantu karna urgen dan barang sudah di pick up beberapa hari tapi belum juga ada kabar mengenai pengembalian dana juga gk tau harus diadukan kmna krna email aja lama respon, untuk memasukan rekening juga gk bisa di coba berkali2 juga gk ada pilihan untuk mencantumkan rekening pengembalian

Purchase dicancel dari stradivairus
Ada yg pernah shopping dgn aplikasi ini? Saya udah payment tp bbrp hari terima email dicancel tp item yg dicancel tidak seluruh item yg saya beli. Dan diaplikasi order sy ternyata jg cm hanya masuj 3 item dari 4 item yg saya beli. Pdhl sy payment 4 item, diemail invoice juga 4 item. Diminta masukan data rekening di aplikasi tp tidak bisa. Sampe sekarang tidak ada balasan email mengenai refund. Please share kl ada yg perna ngalamin seperti ini jg. Ini aplikasi official stadivairus bukan ya? 😭
Ada yang pernah berbelanja disini?
Jadi saya order barang dari tanggal 3 juli, namun pada tanggal 8 juli ternyata pesanan saya dibatalkan alasannya karna produk tersebut kosong lalu pihak stradivarius akan mengembalikan dana refund. Namun sampai hari ini dana tersebut belum juga dikembalikan, dan email lama sekali dibalasnya. Ada yang kasusnya sama juga? Karna saya sudah kesal sekali menunggu, menurut saya 1 bulan adalah waktu yg lama untuk pengembalian refund:)
