STRETCHIT is free to download. Subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We offer the following auto-renewing subscription options:

Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase or after FREE 7-day trial period, where applicable. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the publication, where applicable.

Useless for Beginner

I mentioned that I am a total beginner ond not flexible at all. Tried the first exercise full on for 30minutes. Most of it wasn't possible for. Also, don't even think to download this App if you don't have a stretch band, a yoga mat and two blocks to support you. Absolut waste of money.

Hi! Yoga blocks, a mat, and a strap will cover all your needs during our classes. You can easily substitute a mat with a blanket, yoga blocks with anything supportive for your hands, i.e. pillows or books; and a strap with a belt or a towel. As for the personal training recommendations, our system usually suggests short (up to 15 mins) All levels classes for absolute beginners.
