Got problem after sweat hero release

First, I used this app for quite long time. And I really do enjoy it.
But, after Hero released, I just seem cant start the battle, whatever I did, I cant get to start. I even try to reinstall it, but nothing changed.
And, I also got a problem on participating the prize draw. Its not about how I seems cant get the prize, but I really cant join it now. My jar coin is sufficient, but I still cant join the prize draw.
Now my chance to get the prize is gone to the zero.

In the Sweat Wallet app, only your first 5k steps are converted to $SWEAT. Meanwhile, in the Sweatcoin app, you can earn up to 10k steps worth of sweatcoins a day in our free plan.
