Description
Talenta is an Indonesian cloud-based HR Software that aims to help companies to simplify their HR processes, from attendance, leave requests, overtime, reimbursement and most importantly: payroll.
The employee can take control of their own HR tasks with Talenta mobile app. This app makes it easier for the employee to request time off, change attendance/shift. or even completing their personal data.

To use Talenta mobile app, your company must be a Talenta customer and you must have a Talenta login.

Talenta mohon jika ingin update berikan opsi untuk delay yah. Hal ini bakalan lebih nyaman untuk org yang sedang ingin Clock In sehingga bisa clock in tepat waktu.

Failed to Load Page
Mohon dibantu..
sudah melakukan resigtrasi dan berhasil..
buat akun dan password..
tapi waktu Sign In di aplikasi, muncul pesan Failed to Load Page..
sudah saya lakukan reset password sampai beberapa kali, ttap tidak bisa dan muncul Failed to Load Page terus saat mau Sign In..

Dan PERLU dipertimbangkan ya min. Biasanya kalo finger di MESIN FINGER hanya perlu
1 DETIK unt absen.
DI TALENTA saya perlu
6 DETIK. JAUHHHH min...
Perlu di tinjau efisiensi waktunya.
1 detik (klik buka app)
1 detik (klik live attendance)
1 detik (klik clock in)
1 detik (klik ambil foto)
1 detik (capture foto)
1 detik (klik clock in)
Padahal kalo telat 1 detik aja gaji bisa dipotong puluhan ribu min...
KENAPA gak seperti ini unt percepatan min :
1. Tombol Live attendance dibuat paling gede. Krn itu yg paling penting butuh percepatan banget.
2. Ada tombol clock in sekali lgsg buka kamera
3. Setelah capture foto langsung masuk ke server.
Lg an orang absen gak butuh cakep2 an foto kok min. Kemungkinan kecil unt foto ulang. Beda dg foto unt medsos kan.
NAH setidaknya dg sistem seperti diatas kita bisa lbh hemat 3 detik. Syukur kalo mimin bisa lbh efisien lagi shg bisa bikin fingernya cuma 1 detik.
Kita tunggu pembaruannya yg lbh inovatif ya min. Tks 👍🏻👍🏻
Dan kalo ada update tlg updatenya saat jam pulang krj ya min. Jangan pagi2 saat clock in. Harusnya gak telat, jadi telat karena harus update dulu sblm clock in. Pliss
