Im keep getting syncing at choosing my profile and i need to power off my phone before i can choose my profile to play. Please fix this ASAP.

If you’re experiencing issues with profile sync, please restart the game. This simple trick usually resolves with the profile. If not, please proceed as follows:
Please check your iCloud settings – do you have enough space available & are you connected to the internet? As a plan B, you might want to disable iCloud usage for this app. This way, the profile will only be stored locally on your device. There is also a way to restore missing profile:
1) Go to the profile selection screen (or simply restart the game).
2) Tap on the “Select profile” text five (5) times. This will only work if no syncing is in progress.
3) A new screen with your profiles backup will open.
4) Choose any of the profiles & confirm.
