Trakindo Customer App adalah aplikasi yang memberikan kemudahan untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi dan layanan bagi pelanggan PT Trakindo Utama.
Lacak Parts
Fitur untuk melacak status pesanan parts. Melihat pesanan parts sesuai PO, informasi estimasi waktu kedatangan, update terakhir pesanan parts, jumlah barang yang siap diambil maupun yang telah terkirim.
Fasilitas Open Account
Mengetahui status Open Account yang dimiliki, informasi tagihan, pembayaran yang diterima, dan Statement of Account (SoA)
Pesanan Servis
Membuat permintaan servis, menentukan lokasi servis, menjadwalkan waktu servis dan menyetujui penawaran harga servis.
Lacak Servis
Memantau status permintaan servis, waktu kedatangan teknisi, data teknisi yang akan bekerja dan lokasi terakhir teknisi.
Equipment
Mengetahui populasi unit Cat® yang dimiliki, informasi servis terakhir, lokasi unit bekerja, SMU, equipment number, serial number serta tanggal batas waktu berlakunya warranty.
Cat® App
Akses langsung ke Cat® App untuk memonitor lokasi, status pemakaian, aktivitas, performa dan kondisi alat Cat® Anda. Menerima notifikasi otomatis dari peralatan ke handphone Anda.
Cat® Inspect
Akses langsung ke aplikasi Cat® Inspect untuk melakukan inspeksi alat dari handphone Anda. Membuat form inspeksi sendiri, menambahkan foto, rating dan catatan, download dan menyimpan hasil inspeksi setiap saat. Dapat digunakan oleh alat Cat maupun non-Cat.
