Saya jelaskan kelebihan dan kekurangan upwork menurut saya.
Kekurangan pertama ketika kita kehabisan connect kita harus membayar 14$ untuk membeli connect , apa itu connect? saya jelaskan ya bro , connect itu semacam umpan untuk mengirimkan proposal kepada klien jadi setiap kita mau menaruh lamaran kepada calon klien kita harus mengirimkan connect antar 1-6 connect tergantung job masing2, Ketika kalian membuat akun upwork baru kalian akan mendapatkan 40 connect dan ketika connect itu habis anda harus membelinya dengan 14$ perbulan kalo gak salah dapt 40 connect. menurut saya sih masih terjamin hanya 14$ namun demikian kita juga bersaing dengan freelancer2 lainya jadi menurut saya kurang efisien ketika kita harus membayar untuk menaruh proposal kepada klien boleh lah kita membayar 14$ namun ada klien yg kepincut tak masalah kan.
yg kedua ketika kita membuat akun baru di upwork kita harus menggunakan foto profil selfi dengan muka anda sendiri jadi muka lu jelek ya harus di pede2 in agar di terima di upwork. terus user name di upwork harus sama dengan ktp agar mudah ketika kita mau menarik uang.
kelebihanya .... gak ada bro ampun dah ini aplikasi kite mau kerja malah disuruh bayar 14$ untuk membeli amplop (connect) kite2 juga sudah capek ngirimin proposal ke klien belum tentu jga di kontrak sama klien eh malah suruh bayar xixixi
Saran dan masukan aja sih connects di hilangkan saya bro biar kita bisa mengirimkan proposal tanpa batas jadi peluang dpt kontraknya banyak.

App require relogin almost each day. Finally they added Face ID option but guess what… it doesn’t work!
