Why im stuck in title scree

I only play for one time just tranfer digimon from vita braclet after i close app i cant get to the app is just white screen my network is good other apps work well

How this app still has 3 stars is beyond me, it should’ve gotten 1 star only. 3 stars kinda imply that the app still works just fine but i’ve only been stuck in the title screen’s loading for days.

Tldr; the app doesn’t work at all.
