Semakin banyak hot items yang tersedia dengan promo yang menarikk tiap bulannya. Navigasi untuk melakukan pembayaran juga lengkap terinformasikan dengan baik melalui email ataupun order history. product misinformation & unprofessional issue handling

poor experience with voila. I ordered Ferragamo shoes size 8 via app. Apparently the shoe width sold in voila is not the standard width (B), the shoes delivered are with wide fit width (C) so the sizing is off. The shoe width information is not shown anywhere in the app, leading to misinformed purchase. Cust service admitted he has not been trained & no idea regarding shoes width. Tried to exchange with a size lower but the product is unavailable. Instead of consulting, Cust service insisted for me to buy another product within 3x24 hr. Still waiting for a resolution.. Definitely not a luxury shopping experience i expected. Dear voila, please make sure you display all necessary information on the product and your cust service understand the product details.
