（1）每一筆帳單都可有自己的預算歸屬月份，但不可跨年也不可以提前（如將2月帳單歸屬1月）。帳單的預算歸屬，其預設為帳單發生月份。
（2）每月帳單匯出可點選是否含圖片。
（3）首頁新增刪除月帳單之按鈕。
