전기자전거로 힘들이지 않고 최대 시속 25km/h로 편리하게 이동해 보세요.
• 쉽고 빠른 대여
GPS로 내 주변에 위치한 전기자전거를 찾아보세요. QR 코드 스캔으로 쉽고 빠르게 대여가 가능합니다.
• 내가 원하는 곳에서 반납
쏘카일레클은 지도상에 밝게 표시된 반납구역 내에서 자유롭게 반납이 가능합니다. 다음 이용자와 주변의 보행자를 고려하여 쉽게 눈에 띄는 안전한 곳에 주차 후 반납해주세요.
• 간편한 결제
회원가입 후 최초 한 번만 카드를 등록하면, 이용할 때마다 자동으로 간편하게 결제됩니다.
[이용방법]
1. 휴대폰 번호를 통해 회원 가입을 진행해주세요.
2. 결제카드 등록 후 지도에서 내 주변의 기기를 찾아주세요.
3. 대여 전 기기에 이상이 없는지 살피고, 반드시 보호장구를 착용해주세요.
4. 스캔 버튼을 누른 후 전기자전거 화면에 표시된 QR코드를 스캔해주세요.
5. 이용하실 때는 주변을 잘 살피고 교통법규를 준수해주세요.
6. 반납구역 밖에서도 주행은 가능하지만 반납은 반드시 지도에 표시된 반납가능구역 안에 하셔야 합니다.
7. 다음 이용자와 주변의 보행자를 고려하여 쉽게 눈에 띄는 안전한 곳에 주차 후 반납해주세요.
8. 반납이 완료되면 이용금액을 확인하고 결제하기 버튼을 누르면 미리 등록한 카드를 통해 결제가 진행됩니다. 이용금액은 지역마다 상이하니 앱 내 기기 아이콘을 클릭하여 확인해주세요.

• 쏘카일레클은 서비스에 반드시 필요한 항목만을 필수적으로 접근하고 있으며, 그 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
[필수 접근 권한]
• 카메라, 저장소 : 전기자전거 대여 시 QR 코드를 스캔하고 이슈 보고 시 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 블루투스 : 전기자전거를 대여하고 반납하는 과정에서 스마트락을 제어하기 위해 필요합니다.
• 위치(GPS) : 사용자의 위치와 전기자전거 탑승 시 기기의 위치를 전송하기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 알림 : 이용 중 필요한 안내 사항을 알려드리기 위해 사용됩니다.

Removed bikes from my district without notice
I paid for a month subscription (with 50% off) which was good. After about two weeks of use, all the bikes were removed from my district in the city. I got a notice in the app about my area no longer being in service a day later. The rest of the city is still covered which is extremely disappointing. Now I have a subscription that I have no use for.
*Beware that they will suddenly remove bikes from a large area without warning*

Excluding foreigners from their service
If you are on holiday in South Korea, expect to be treated as a citizen second class. Developers do not make their apps available to foreigners or tourists. You will not only have to learn Korean for something simple as renting a bicycle, but you also need a Korean social security number. Not to mention that downloading this app is completely useless and a waste of time, despite stating that it would be available in English.
