Our app has been developed to help you get the most out of the facilities and services we provide.

Within our app you can now book into any of our extensive range of weekly fitness classes while on the go. If the class is fully booked you can simply add yourself on to the waiting list and you will be notified if a space becomes available, giving you even more opportunity to attend your favourite classes.

Our easy to use app also allows you to manage all your class bookings, so if for any reason you are unable to attend a class you can simply cancel wherever you are via our app.

Other great features such as refer & reward give you the opportunity to recommend us to your family and friends, and get rewarded if they join.

Not fit for purpose

Basically all you can use it for is checking in. No apple health integration that the old app had which for me is massive.
Slow to load saved exercises and you have to loop them if youre doing circuits as you can’t repeat exercises. Real pity as I exercise using the app at home too.
No carry over of points.
Recently got logged out of the iconic app so I’m stuck with this.

Developers don’t seem to care about broken functionality

Reported broken feedback system 6 months ago. Got response it’s gonna be fixed. Since then nothing - still broken, can’t leave feedback about my experience in the gym.

Points Balance is Zero

I go between Camden Street and Smithfield during the week, and my points balance on 1Escape is 0, even though I should have over 100k points.

Not as good as the old app, which was faster and easier to navigate.
