Checking in with yourself daily is the best way to achieve big goals. The quickest and easiest way to check-in with yourself is with audio reviews of your day.
Recording reviews is easy, just read the prompts and record your answers. At the end of the week, you recap all of your daily reviews and summarize them into a weekly review.

Premium subscription plan:
29 Seconds can be used for free but also offers a premium annual subscription plan. The premium plan gives you unlimited backups of your recordings and allows you to create 5 accountability groups and invite 5 people to those groups. You can also use your 29 Seconds account across multiple devices with the premium plan. If you need to create additional groups or to invite more people on top of your premium subscription, you can purchase a non-renewing pack that allows the creation of one group and three additional people.
Payments and Renewal:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
