Horrible UX

The entire process of getting the ticket is very unclear and unnecessarily complicated. Makes you feel like they don’t want you to come to the festival.

Activating ticket issue

I was trying to activate my ticket for Primavera sounds festival. In the Dice app I clicked on ‘Open AccessTicken’. Inside the AccessTicket app I put in my phone number and code. Then the app crashed on me. Went back into the app and my details had gone, so I redid the process.
Now it’s coming up that my ticket has been ‘previously claimed ticket’ and completely greyed out! I’ve no access to my tickets and the customer support team haven’t replied to me.
The festival is days away and I've no ticket!!!

Doesn’t do the only thing it’s supposed to

Dice says you enter your phone number to this app… Primavera site says you have option to claim ticket from dice through this app. Neither is true… only option is to scan a QR code (which can’t been accessed till you’ve activated ticket).
