Description
The official Aena app offers flight information of the 43 Spanish airports managed by Aena, including A.S.Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Palma de Mallorca, etc.
Download the app so you can:
• Plan your trip, scan your boarding pass or search for your flight, destination or airline directly (trace your flight up to 2 weeks in advance).
• Receive real-time notifications and custom offers: terminal of arrival or departure, check-in desk, departure gate, baggage claim, discount coupons, etc.
• Detailed maps of the airport: security and passport filters and controls, restaurants, cafés, shops, car hire, etc.
• Move around the airport calculating routes from one point to another with the AenaMaps service. Available at A.S. Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Málaga-Costa del Sol and Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández
• Request PRM services directly from the App.
• Book or purchase Parking services, VIP Lounges, Fast Track or Fast Lane and Meet&Assist.
• Check all the promotions and active offers at each airport.

Boarding Gates
It would be much appreciated if Aena would reveal the information on the boarding gates earlier in the app. As it would cut down on passengers rushing to the boarding area.
On checking in luggage if the gate number was given by the person checking in then passengers would arrive in time for boarding sooner and avoid the last minute rush and taking off time.
It would be nice gesture by Aena, to consider doing this as us passengers would appreciate it and it would cut out the mayhem that goes on in Fuerteventura Airport.

Map
No details on the map about where you are and where are the different gates located. Waste of time to download

Hi Whateverever2! We’re sorry you have had a bad experience with us. Could yo tell us which airport you visited? If you want, you can send an email to app@aena.es with as much information as possible, such as screenshots or your UDID (located at the bottom of Menu > Settings screen). Bluetooth allows you to navigate some indoor airport buildings and you can check your position. Kind regards.
