Can’t log on on tablet

So whatever they have done in the latest update and the two factor authentication you have to have a few goes to get in as it just keeps redirecting you back to the login screen. If you do get in it then opens in a web browser view. As you have to have your phone with you (what’s the point?) and you get the confirmation request on your phone it doesn’t work half the time when you hit it. Finally the app itself just gets stuck as though it’s trying to authenticate so have to delete and reinstall the app. All in all not very good.

...Not working securely for months now...

...APP opens in safari browser (not very safe), they are trying to push tablet users towards their phones as they phase in this new credit card authentication process using text messaging etc, the British company has stopped doing the credit card transactions due to Brexit and Europe now has to use this new system, they’ve totally abandoned tablet users and personally I feel as though this is very wrong, I spend thousands online every year using the iPad and would log in multiple times a day (shopaholic) now I have to use the open browser and it’s awkward and I don’t feel as safe.

A joke

This must be a joke by AIB. That is the only reason I can think of for such a dreadful attempt at an application or at trying to pretend it is one. It is nothing more than a link to the webpage login and a poor one at that. AIB, If I want to do use the browser I would use the browser. This is dreadful by AIB. Give customers back a proper tablet app. Don’t waste your time installing this, I will be deleting this straightaway myself. If I could give this zero stars I would.
