This is a very convenient app which I can use when I go to bed, or travelling anywhere , that I can put on my alarm remotely from my phone. I can also disarm it as well. It is a fantastic app and I would highly recommend it, for safety, peace of mind and extremely convenient

After almost 2 years using it , i can say its nice app , working as expected

The alarm has gone off a few times but nothing has registered with your central hub which is quite worrying. There is no way of making an alert from the app. There are only 2 std options for alarming which really is not sufficient- you can alarm everything or after that it is a choice between the different risks. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Terrible service I have problem after problem after problem and everytime I call them I get told somebody will call me back and it never happens. The app is slow to respond and often radiators are switching on without having been commanded to do so. Some serious flaws with the whole system.

It’s a good app, and user friendly! However I wish all of the features were available in Ireland! Not just in the America and Canada

Unfortunately for an ap that is supposed to allow instant control of your heating system it is inconsistent, regularly unresponsive and often has a mind of its own. Totally unsatisfactory for the service it is supporting. We are regularly left with no hot water or a radiator that we cannot increase the temperature on.
