AliExpress Shopping App 12+

It a good App but there are some bugs and I would rather not get as many emails as I do I have tried to unregistered for the notifications but seams that once I do something I registered again! But apart from that the communication from sellers is great through the message app and the products ar won if you are prepared to wait a little for what you want and it’s usual only a extra week or so to get super products at rock bottom prices. And it’s fun applying for Freddie’s and getting something in the post weeks later!
The stash is good to ! I’m only just find out all the stuff you can do on the app apart from shopping and finding stuff you are looking for!
But I got stuck on this page last night and was unable to get off it for mor that 24hours ! It was a tap and jump still haven’t figured out how to get out of the page but wasn’t able to use the app for 24 hours had to use the web page and try to access my account on my laptop. Couldn’t use my phone!

Please be very wary on returns as it can cost a lot more to return than the product is worth. Chinese sellers are incentivised by government to ship products abraod. We are not to return same. Also Sellers know this and unfortunately some sellers take advantage and send wrong product knowing that they wont loose on it. Once they deliver its very hard to get a full refund even if for example the colour your ordered is wrong. Eg We ordered shoes and they sent a different colour. We could only manage to get 50% of our money back via the dispute channel. Buyer beware.
We have ordered approx 20 items since Oct and 25% we have issues with. Note delivery times can vary and unfortunately not guaranteed even via ali express own delivery. While there is alot of choice on this app to buy product it is certainly not an app for users who do not know what they are doing.
Saying that once you get the hang of it, it can be easy once you have time on your side. Most products are what they are advertised and if you have time to wait you will save money once you receive what you order. Be wary of custom charged as USP and DHl also try to makemoney from you by charging you euro price instead of dollar to clear customs.
Overall its a mixed experience and still learning . You have honest and not so honest sellers.

Since I started using AliExpress I have become a huge fan! I have converted many friends and family members. When I started buying initially I was a little cautious but there really isn’t any need when you have several reviews and star rating making life easier to find the best product to suit your needs. The payments I have never had an issue with and feel fully confident even when making the larger purchases. One tip I will give is cheaper isn’t always better. Sometimes it’s pays to spend a little more on a product to receive Something that will last longer and is of higher quality.
