Great app, loving the new look!

App seems to have been upgraded recently. So easy to send claims and get refunded straight away.

Allianz should be ashamed

I find this App very poor. It freezes regularly on me which is very frustrating (as you might guess from this review). Also checking through historical claims is not very user friendly and it is challenging to find a specific claim. Allianz is a global company and really should be doing better than this. I have no choice but to use them because my company policy is with them, otherwise I would go somewhere else. How hard is it to design a good quality App these days?

Update - App froze while submitting claim (surprise!) and now because it is ‘in progress’ I cannot see whether it the last claim was submitted or not. We are your ‘customers’ (you are there to facilitate us and not the other way around) and we deserve better

App is useless after latest update

My phone automatically downloaded and installed the app and today when I was going to log in I had to start from the beginning and create new PIN, enter my policy number, date of birth etc. the app itself is full of bugs and I have to accept cookies more than once every time I log in. Submitting a claim doesn’t work through the new app. Getting stuck after entering my bank details and currency. Very very disappointed with the service. Went for the option to chat and got disconnected since all agents are busy and they refer me to their customer support number instead. Incredible example of how not to treat your customers.
