Ratings and Reviews
Good but could better.
There is no doubt that prime is worth the money. I use it for online storage of my photos, by far the most cost effective cloud storage going and you can upload raw files. The free delivery, however, only works if you are in the UK. I live in Ireland and have to pay for delivery on most items. Their films are also an issue as hardly any of the big titles are available here, which is a shame.
Please bring back the compare feature! :D
I loved the new compare feature, where your products added to the list stayed on the bottom of the screen. Why did you remove it? It was so easy to navigate on items I’ve been deciding to buy...
Infuriating for currency and country
On 3 separate occasions my app has been changed country from a product and with that change my currency and country changed and my Irish prime membership and location in Ireland and currency of a euro is gone. I don’t want uk pounds. Ireland is NOT the UK. I have no idea how to work around it and I’m young and pretty good at technology but it’s happened 3x now and idk how to fix. One of the worlds biggest companies should be more inclusive of all countries and their different currencies and have an easy fix. Absolute disgrace. Tell me how to fix it.
