Simple app, but helps with apnea training

By no means do you need an app to do apnea training, but this simple app is easy to use and having it really helps following program cycles this app gives.

As a request for ‘improvement’, it would be a nice feature to able to view the program tables that are generated based on the max breath hold. It would be 5 stars with this feature

Not bad actually works

I was impressed because I thought this was a scam but no it help me get to 15 seconds to one minute it does work I am not no bot plus it’s easy to follow like really easy.
