A great all over health app

I love how I can monitor everything that’s going on with being healthy. I can count my calories and see where I need to increase or decrease carbs, protein etc. I can keep an eye on my weight and monitor my exercise level to make sure I stay healthy. I like that I can keep an eye on my heart rate. This is simply a great app. Easy to use and ideal for anybody of any age. I’m 55 so if I can manage it anyone can. There is an option to be part of a group of friends you meet who are users of this app. Everyone keeps each other motivated.
