My girlfriend ordered me shoes from Arne last year and they seemed to have a small rip in them after the 5th time of wearing them , I got onto the lads in Arne to advice them about the shoes and within 2 hours off messaging the customer service team they had already refunded me , unbelievable customer service & satisfaction as I didn’t even know if I’d get anywhere as she bought the shoes over a year ago! Happy to say I’m just purchased 3 new items with the refunded amount & the quality off the gear is top tier!! Love Arne
