HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Makes all the difference
I love this Asana so much, I downloaded it at first to use yoga to help my anxiety. The app design is beautiful and you can test out the workouts for free. I bought the full year subscription and am so glad! I’ve struggled with the way I’ve looked at my body for years and this has helped me tone up and love my body. The only thing I wish it did was link the daily work out and exercise in under the personal trainer aspect so it was added as a bonus workout for your week. There’s so many different positions and they’re easy to keep up with even as a beginner ❤️

Automatic Renewal With No Notification
My subscription was renewed for another year without any notification whatsoever. When I contacted them about it, on the day they took the money from my Pay Pal account, they said it was too late to get a refund. If the renewal was part of my Apple renewals I would have been notified. I am very disappointed in this company’s cynical way of making money. I am almost always notified before an annual subscription is renewed. I contacted the email address suggested but they will not refund. If you join, make sure to cancel your subscription immediately so that you can have a choice about whether to renew or not in a year’s time.
Is there no entitlement to a refund during the cooling off period? What is the law on this? Asana has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They never respond on social media. I got one email from them saying that I could not get a refund. They failed to reply to my other emails.

An app that has helped me in so many ways
I bought the app because I could not attend class and felt I was going backwards. I’ve struggled always doing a practice on my own.
When I read the reviews and saw the responses to the good and the bad, I felt this guy is genuine. So I researched about him and concluded I’d give it a try. The price for the was definitely worth the risk.
Well a month in and it has already paid for itself a both in. I have surprised myself by doing daily practices and even a challenge. No practices so far over 30 min so I can easily fit them in. I feel great. More toned and slimmer. At almost 50 I didn’t think that would happen.
I find the meditations great and use them. The tips and reminders keep you on the path. The app has spurned me to eat healthier and lessen caffeine intake significantly. I sleep better.
I will keep this app even when I return to class. Thank you. Namaste
