ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I’ve used asos since 2017 and never had a problem, as long as I’ve used it I’ve gotten my orders on time and in good condition. The clothing on the site is one of the most high quality I’ve received from an online site, even Asos design. I genuinely don’t bother shopping anywhere but Asos for my clothing because I’ve explored many different brands and have found favourites that fit me perfectly with high quality materials. Yes it can be on the pricey side but that just means your getting your moneys worth. Totally recommend, perfect app for whimsical gifts also.

I have shopped on ASOS for years. The app can make it very easy to shop. I have had many successful orders in the past but the last few months I have received many incorrect items that were placed in the correct plastic packaging. Unfortunately as they are an online store their is very little customer service will do other than refund the item. It’s a service I no longer trust in and a shame the business gets a bad reputation due to a lack of attention in their shipping warehouses.

Asos is and forever will be my favourite online store. Most of the clothes I own are from asos and I will forever recommend it. The layout is simple there is nothing complicated to using the app. You can create “boards” using the items that you’ve saved to make your saved items more organised. And returns are so easy all you have to do is circle the issue with your item on the paper slip that came with it when it arrived and peel off the sticker on the slip and place it on the outside of your package. You don’t need to do anything online it’s great !!!
