Very nice app
I just used it to set up a new ZenWiFi AC3000 CT8 mesh router.
I’m not particularly network savvy but I found the app very easy to use and managed to get them up and running very quickly with no noticeable bugs so far. App is ver intuitive and looks great with a straight forward interface. True It doesn’t have all the features available to the web interface but does cover the initial setup very well without confusing or overly complicating the setup.
It also has nice tools for monitoring the routers once setup.
Good but needs the addition of a passcode to open option added.
Great little app/tool for ease of access to your routers config, but may I suggest an option to add a passcode to open the app. If someone was to lose their phone and home address known by person who found it, then they could easily access their router using the app to get all security settings etc.
Yes, one should have phone Security settings enabled to restrict ease of use in case of phone loss, but I still feel a simple addition of a passcode to open the app would also enhance on this.
Fantastic App and Router
The app is very useful for the basic stuff. I enable guest WiFi remotely when required and monitor some of the functions of the router.
The latest version from August 2020 has a bug where the app closes unexpected in certain situations (for instance when checking the firmware version). Also it would be great to have statistics in the app about the Top 10 most chatty devices in the network.
