Solid app, but missing critical element - Devices
2022.02.21 - this is one of the best apps and tools you can find on the market. In general app has all basic features you need - Alerts, Tickets, Customers and Settings. It is stable and working Ok.
One thing which is missing, and it is critical a Devices! You can’t search for devices by logged in user. It makes it impossible to use this App when you are in the road or travelling ;(
I hope missing feature will be added soon and one it is on it will be solid 5 stars ⭐️
